Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

• Leading System Integration, Testing & Validation of Systems, Diagnostics & troubleshooting, Test Case Design, writing & execution for Automotive Systems of Passenger Vehicles.
• Project Specific detailed time plan with respect to Vehicle Development Milestones
• Requirement Gathering, analysis of requirement specifications & design of Integration Test plan & Test Instruction preparation.
• Review of Design related Documents, Test Case Documents & Testing procedures, and execution
• Responsible for Customer Interaction and co-ordination in technical topics.
• Leading team to co-ordinate other module team to build Labcar and execute Testing and validation on Labcar and Vehicle.
• Responsible for Function validation of Various Electronic control units of Vehicle on Labcar and Vehicle Environments.
• Configuration/Parametrization of variants in Testing Vehicle, Labcar and EOL.
• Experience on Task planning and Execution status reporting (Scheduling review meeting with Management)
• Responsible for delivering In Vehicle Testing (IVN) test execution vehicle EE Architecture for Physical layer, Network Layer, Application Layer.
• Generating Product Test Report and Document
• Open points discussion for software delivery with designers/supplier for timely delivery as per vehicle-built plan.
• Test issue discussion with ECU function owners and issue analysis in Mint issue tracker system till it's closer.
• Support for Proto vehicles & EOL for flashing, Variant Coding, Diagnostic's & vehicle trouble shooting.
• Configuration and Testing on Labcar and Vehicle using Vector CANoe/ Canalyzer ,data logger, CP tool.
• Develop technical training programs and conduct training sessions for team members.

Bachelor’s in Electrical / Electronics engineering or Masters in any Electrical / Electronic specialization

Work Experience required - 10 to 14 years

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

• System design, Requirements and development.
• Act as a single point contact for infotainment across V cycle.
• Ensuring and driving cross functional Electrical Electronics and Software system compatibility.
• Drive functional integration and system compatibility reviews.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts and execute infotainment tests across rigs, labcar, prototype cars and productions vehicles.
• Identify defects and work closely with the design team for its closure.

Competencies / Skills:

• Must have Experience in automotive electronics preferably in Body Control Module (BCM), Vehicle Access Systems, Climate Control System, etc
• Experience in creating test cases, executing tests either through Automation or Manual
• Hands on experience conducting functional and regression testing
• Strong working experience on System Interfaces, Network Data Measurement & Analysis
• Must have Experience in Ethernet, CAN, LIN, Gateway, Diagnostic protocols (UDS on CAN), Wake-Up & Sleep Strategies
• Must have Knowledge on requirements/Defect management tool – DOORS & JIRA
• Must have Experience in using Vector tools like CANOe, vTest Studio and VT System
• Knowledge of ECU testing methods and quality practices
• Experience in HIL & Vehicle Validation and strong abilities in Root Cause Analysis
• Must have Experience in design and development of E&E Architecture, Systems Engineering and System Integration.
• Involved in E/E SW Project and release management for multiple vehicle programs
• Must have Experience in Creation of Network System Diagrams and high-level requirements of the new E/E systems.
• Must have Experience in Design Network Synoptics and EE System Diagrams of the BEV EE systems.
• Must have EE Function development of different Vehicle domains

• Lead design, development and Verification and Validation of Automotive Features and Functions distributed across ECUs like Body Control Module, Instrument Cluster, Braking Control Systems, etc.
• Design, Preparation & adaptation of Test Infrastructure for relevant System Testing Develop and Maintain Functional /Sanity/Stability and Performance test scripts and test cases.
• Execution of Functional / Sanity/Stability and Performance test and maintain test results Perform testing on test benches or development vehicles.
• Ensure the quality of the system through testing Improve testing efficiency by identifying test automation as much as possible Identify defects and work closely with the design teams for its closure.

• Ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
